We are looking for focused, efficient, and organized individuals to ensure our snacks and toppings are always fresh and ready to go.
As a Food Prep Specialist, you ensure that every bite is just as satisfying as every sip.
Your Daily Mix
- The Fruit Master: Handle heavy prep work with a focus on fresh fruit - you must be skilled in washing, peeling, and cutting fruit with precision (especially mangoes!) for our drinks and bowls.
- Kitchen & Snack Prep: Prepare our signature snacks and food items with consistency and speed, following VitaminBoba’s quality standards.
- Restocking Pro: Keep the station ready for battle! You’ll be responsible for restocking ingredients, pearls, and packaging throughout the day.
- Opening & Closing Support: Assist the Bobarista with essential shop tasks, including setting up the station in the morning or deep-cleaning and breaking down the kitchen at night.
- Maintenance & Cleaning: Maintain high standards of hygiene by keeping the kitchen, prep stations, and equipment sparkling clean.
What You Bring to the Table
- Knife Skills: Comfortable and safe using kitchen tools; expert-level fruit cutting skills (especially mangoes) are a must.
- Detail Oriented: You follow recipes to the letter to ensure every snack and topping looks and tastes exactly right.
- Team Player: You are happy to jump in and help with opening/closing duties to keep the shop running smoothly.
- Reliability: You’re punctual, hardworking, and can maintain your pace during a busy shift.
- Cleanliness First: You have a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
