PROTx is looking for a motivated and client-focused Clinic Support Team (CST) member to join our Elmsdale clinic. As part of our clinical team, you'll work alongside our Physiotherapists to help clients recover from injury, improve their physical health, and achieve their treatment goals. Through hands-on support, therapeutic interventions, client education, and encouragement, you'll make a meaningful difference in each client's recovery while helping create a welcoming, positive clinic environment.

What You'll Do
As a CST Member, you'll work under the direction of a registered Physiotherapist to assist with therapeutic treatments, monitor client progress, and support each stage of the recovery journey. You'll help deliver exceptional client care while contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients with therapeutic modalities and individualized exercise programs
- Supporting treatment progression and providing client education
- Monitoring client progress and documenting care using SOAP notes
- Assisting with assessment, progress, discharge, and Return-to-Work reports as directed
- Communicating with physicians, WCB, insurers, employers, and other third parties when appropriate and client consent has been obtained
- Collaborating with the treating Physiotherapist to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality client care
- Maintaining client confidentiality and professional standards at all times
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment

- Is physically able to work on your feet for extended periods while safely assisting clients with therapeutic modalities and individualized exercise programs
- Is adaptable, willing to pitch in wherever needed, and contributes to the success of the team
Previous experience in physiotherapy, kinesiology, rehabilitation, personal training, health sciences, or client care is considered an asset.
