We are seeking an experienced 5-Axis CNC Operator/Programmer to join our team. The successful candidate will program, set up, and operate 5-axis CNC machines to manufacture precision tooling components for the mold and die industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate 5-axis CNC equipment
- Interpret CAD files, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Perform machining operations including milling, drilling, and tapping
- Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on 5-axis CNC machining experience
- Strong CNC programming knowledge
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and CAD models
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- English proficiency required
- Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Newmarket, ON before starting
