LOCATION: Labatt Mississauga Distribution Cent er , 5 days/week in office

Possess a strong understanding of transport performance, transport KPIs (tender acceptance, rate compliance, award compliance, on-time delivery, capacity occupation, etc.) and its impact on financials.
Support with union/management processes and relationships within the Labatt Mississauga Warehouse transport scope . This includes playing an active leadership role with unionized transport team members, providing coaching, development and performance feedback.
Technical Competencies: Strong interpersonal capabilities, and able to work cross-functionally with other departments on strategic initiatives or process changes. Previous experience with transport management system (TMS), load boards, SAP or warehouse management system (WMS) an asset.
