Position: Instructor Therapist (ABA)

Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Instructor Therapist (ABA) to join our team. You will work directly with children and youth, implementing individualized programs and supporting skill development across communication, behaviour, social interaction, and independence.
This is a hands-on role with opportunities to grow within a supportive clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA/RBA
- Follow Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) and treatment goals
- Collect accurate data (ABC, frequency, duration, etc.)
- Support skill development in communication, play, and daily living
- Complete clear and objective session notes
- Collaborate with supervisors, families, and team members
- Support clients in centre, home, or community settings
Work Structure
- Primarily centre-based, with some community/home sessions as needed
- Part-time to start, with hours increasing based on client needs
- Flexible scheduling available
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Autism, ECE, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in ABA or working with individuals with autism/developmental needs
- Strong understanding of ABA principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
