About the Role:
Based in Calgary, AB or Richmond, BC and reporting to the Director, Innovation & Technology, the Project Manager plays a key role in driving successful LNG project delivery across the business. This position is responsible for coordinating internal teams and external vendors, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations, and ensuring projects are executed with a high standard of quality, safety, and professionalism.

Requirements and Qualifications:
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the primary lead for assigned LNG projects, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and alignment from kickoff to completion.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver projects efficiently and to a high standard.
- Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource needs in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, proactively managing changes, risks, and competing priorities.
- Monitor project progress using appropriate tools and reporting methods, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors by communicating clearly and managing expectations effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and support sound decision-making through organized project records and reporting.
- Support broader business operations as needed, including travel and other related duties associated with successful project delivery.
Who You Are:
- 8+ years experience in project management of LNG related facilities and equipment.
- Proven experience in LNG project development with the ability to lead multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders with confidence.
- Strong interpersonal, client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using project tracking or project management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience. P.Eng status in Canada is highly desirable.
- PMP designation is considered an asset.
