WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Red Seal Automotive Technician (required)
- NO apprentices
- NO heavy duty techs
- Must be:
- Self-motivated (we’re not chasing you around)
- Reliable (show up ready, not full of excuses)
- Able to take direction and stay on task
- Equipped with your own tools
- Valid Alberta Driver’s License
- Must provide a current driver abstract
WHAT YOU’RE WALKING INTO:
- High-volume shop — you will NOT be standing around
- Diesel performance, diagnostics, full rebuilds, general automotive
- A crew that works hard, moves fast, and expects the same from you
- No hand-holding — if you know your sh*t, you’ll fit right in

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Red Deer County, AB T4S 2H4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Automotive repair: 3 years (required)
Language:
Licence/Certification:
- AUTOMOTIVE RED SEAL (preferred)
