Lead Elementary Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)

We're looking for a passionate Elementary Teacher (ages 6–12) to lead a mixed-aged classroom rooted in creativity, curiosity, collaboration, and compassion, while working closely with co-teachers and school leadership to help our students thrive.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning and delivery of the Montessori core curriculum, enriched with Arts, Athletics, Language Arts, Design, and nature-based learning
- Build individualized learning plans and use ongoing assessment to guide instruction
- Create an inspiring, well-organized classroom culture where students take pride in themselves and their community
- Maintain regular communication with families and contribute to a collaborative, growing school community
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree
- Elementary Montessori certification (AMI or MACTE accredited)
- Strong grounding in child development, literacy, and math instruction
- A warm, inquiry-driven approach to teaching and to your own professional growth
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Ontario Curriculum Standards is an asset
