Job Description:
We’re looking for an Internal Communication Specialist who will play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful messaging across the digital platforms managed by Communication Services. In this role, you’ll create and distribute internal communications that strengthen the TJX brand while supporting specialized projects that advance our team’s strategic goals. You’ll collaborate across the organization to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging communication that connects associates to what matters most. What You’ll Do:

Updates and publishes content, maintains templates, executes scheduled communications, and ensures platform consistency

Oversees digital communication initiatives across platforms including the intranet (The Thread), e‑newsletters, digital message boards, and home office signage

Supports weekly content updates across internal collaboration and knowledge-sharing tools, including SharePoint, The Thread, Poppulo, Appspace, and the ServiceNow knowledge base

Builds strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders through collaboration and clear communication
About You:
-
Minimum two (2) years communications experience preferably within Corporate environment

Post-secondary education in Communications in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or related field preferred

Interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write, communicate, and interpret information accurately; bilingualism an asset; able to develop and building relationships with internal and external partners / team members; customer service skills including efficiently and effectively responding to inquires or resolving any conflicts or problems that might arise

Demonstrated collaboration, influencing and partnering skills, including prioritizing urgency, effectively communicating and working across multiple teams and levels within the organization
