Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess excellent negotiation skills, and have a strong background in B2B and retail sales. This role involves engaging with customers, managing the sales pipeline, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive vehicle sales. The Car Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding our market presence through effective marketing strategies and upselling techniques.
Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through outside sales efforts and develop new client relationships
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, including negotiation and deal structuring
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and presenting suitable vehicle options
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth transaction processes
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers
- Conduct B2B sales when applicable, fostering partnerships with local businesses and organizations
- Support dealership management in achieving sales targets through effective communication skills and organizational skills
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or dealership environments is preferred (Willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong outside sales experience with a focus on domestic vehicles is advantageous
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, including phone etiquette and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage a robust sales pipeline and execute strategic upselling techniques
- Demonstrated ability in B2B sales, marketing, and deal management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up processes
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Knowledge of sales management tools and CRM systems is a plus
