EVERYSIDE SUPPORT team is in the same TIP POOL as the COOKS and FOH SUPPORT so chipping in to tasks outside of generic cleaning are a must!!

The Role
Each member of our team is responsible for ensuring the best quality of food and service we can offer our guests. As a key player in our BOH support team, you’re hard working, want to learn and grow and are passionate about food and hospitality.
Our Back of House is attentive to all kitchen functions, quality food standards, equipment, sanitation, cleanliness, and safety. They participate in our training programs and community events and act in accordance with the company’s brand and values.
How do we support you in this?
- Maintain and create an environment where all staff are properly supported and trained
- Regularly praising your achievements and successes
- Keeping our staff informed and educated on current and upcoming venue developments
- Reviewing and improving your performance and overall job satisfaction
- Staff outings by and/or to vineyards, breweries, and distillers for training
Core Accountabilities
Customer Service
- Show great teamwork and communicate positively and professionally with all departments to ensure our guest needs are being met at all times
- Communicates necessary feedback to the appropriate managers
- Foster positive relationships with employees, guests, suppliers and the community at large
Venue Maintenance
- Use checklists and par sheets to maintain stock for relevant service areas
- Participate in line checks, performance audits, equipment cleanliness and maintenance schedules
- Maintain a clean and inviting service area, including but not limited to patio spaces, kitchen, bathrooms and garbage areas and other guest-facing spaces
Promotions & Company Culture
- Participate in events and marketing promotions within our community
- Participate in training seminars for product knowledge
- Attempts to be involved in events within our community
