We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Spray Booth Operator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or auto body shop setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating spray booth equipment to apply coatings, paint, or finishes to various products and surfaces, ensuring quality, precision, and safety in all tasks.

What You'll Do
Operate spray booth equipment to apply paints, primers, coatings, and finishes according to production specifications.
Prepare products and surfaces through cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.
Mix paints and coatings to the required specifications.
Set up and adjust spray equipment to achieve a consistent, high-quality finish.
Inspect completed work for quality and perform touch-ups or rework when required.
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of spray booth equipment and work areas.
Complete production paperwork and report any quality concerns.
Follow all health and safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
Work efficiently to meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of Spray Booth Operator, Industrial Painter, Paint Technician, Coating Operator, or Finishing Technician experience.
Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, metal fabrication, metal finishing, or auto body shop environment.
Hands-on experience with:
- Spray booth equipment
- Paint mixing
- Industrial coatings
- Surface preparation
- Sanding
- Masking
- Priming
- Quality inspection
- Ability to read work instructions and production documents.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with a variety of industrial paints, coatings, and finishing systems.
Previous manufacturing or production experience.
