Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Representative to generate residential roofing opportunities through door-to-door outreach and cold calling. This role is focused on starting conversations with homeowners, identifying roofing needs, and booking qualified inspections for our sales team.
This position is ideal for someone who is confident, resilient, and motivated, with previous door-to-door, cold-calling, or outbound sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing and cold calling
- Engage homeowners in professional, respectful conversations
- Identify potential roofing needs and qualify prospects
- Book inspections and appointments for roofing estimates
- Track daily activity and results accurately
- Maintain notes and updates in the CRM
- Represent the Cossette brand professionally at all times
Requirements
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written Asset)
- Previous sales experience required (door-to-door, cold calling, or outbound sales strongly preferred)
- Comfortable initiating conversations with homeowners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using CRM software and basic technology

Pay: $800.00-$2,000.00 per week
