This strategic role requires a proactive professional with strong negotiation skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across diverse markets.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve organizational growth targets.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new market opportunities through research, networking, and industry analysis.
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients and partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage end-to-end project workflows, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business expansion efforts.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and identify upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
Compensation Model
This position follows a highly attractive revenue-sharing partnership model.
There is no fixed salary component, but the role offers significant earning potential tied directly to the value of deals generated and closed.
Successful partners will receive:
- 10% – 15% revenue share on the total sales revenue generated directly by the candidate
- Uncapped earning potential based on the size and number of deals closed
- Opportunity to participate in large ERP and digital transformation consulting engagements
- Flexibility to work fully remote with autonomy over business development strategy
- Potential to evolve into a long-term strategic partner role as the business grows
Typical ERP and digital transformation consulting engagements range between $50,000 – $500,000+, creating significant revenue share potential for successful partners.
