Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tire Department Supervisor to lead a wheel and tire assembly operation. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys supervising teams, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Lead the daily operations of the Tire Department.
Supervise, coach, and develop Tire Technicians.
Assign workloads and monitor production priorities.
Maintain quality, safety, and department organization.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Shipping, and Customer Service teams.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain equipment and inventory within the department.
Ensure operational goals are achieved while promoting a positive team environment.
Qualifications
3-5 years of wheel and tire industry experience.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of tire mounting, balancing, TPMS, and wheel accessories.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Schedule
Monday to Friday
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays during peak season
