Project ManagerJob OverviewStreamline Painting Inc. is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial painting projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating crews, ensuring quality workmanship, managing customer relationships, and maintaining project timelines.The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate painting projects from initiation through completion.
- Schedule and manage painters, subcontractors, and project timelines.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and workmanship quality.
- Identify deficiencies and ensure corrective actions are completed promptly.
- Follow up with customers before, during, and after project completion.
- Address customer concerns, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure projects meet Streamline Painting quality standards.
- Coordinate materials, suppliers, and project logistics.
- Maintain project documentation, notes, and progress reports.
- Monitor project schedules and communicate updates to customers and management.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and job site best practices.
- Perform final walkthroughs with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, construction, painting, renovations, landscaping, roofing, or a related field.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience coordinating contractors, trades, or field teams is considered an asset.
- Reliable transportation is preferred as the position will require travel between project sites.
- Experience using project management software, CRMs, or scheduling tools is considered an asset.
Compensation
- Approximately 30-40 hours per week

Pay: $59,561.81-$130,860.06 per year
