Cleopatra’s Rituals is a luxury thermal spa where modern wellness meets ancient rituals. We are seeking a sales-driven Front Desk & Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating a warm guest experience, thrives on product sales, and takes pride in ensuring the spa flows seamlessly through your shift. We are looking for someone who can do evenings ( Thursday, Friday Saturday) Day ( Sunday + Monday)

What You’ll Do
- Welcome, check in/out, and support guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Drive retail and product sales by engaging guests, educating them on spa products, and upselling services and passes.
- Handle bookings, payments, and end-of-day cash-out with accuracy.
- Maintain spa presentation: stock towels and supplies, light cleaning in guest areas.
- Support closing procedures and ensure a smooth end-of-day flow.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales ability (retail, spa, or hospitality background).
- Strong product knowledge skills or willingness to learn (spa products, skincare, botanicals).
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with cash handling.
- Professional, approachable, and able to multitask in a calm environment.
- Available afternoons and evenings for closing shifts.
Compensation & Perks
