Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through outside sales efforts and B2B sales strategies to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
- Conduct high-end sales consultations, demonstrating vehicle features and benefits tailored to customer needs
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with dealership policies
- Support the sales process with upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
- Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking customer interactions and follow-ups
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, in person, or through digital channels
- Assist in marketing initiatives to promote vehicle inventory and dealership events
- Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies for increasing retail sales and improving overall dealership performance
- Utilize strong communication skills and phone etiquette to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, dealership sales, or B2B sales is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable to serve a broader customer base
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience in upselling and managing a sales pipeline effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to automotive sales is a plus
- Demonstrated ability in deal management and sales support functions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for outside sales activities
