Overview
We are looking to expand our kitchen team at Cantaritos Mexican Grill and are hiring for Line Cook, Prep Cook, and Grill Cook positions. The ideal candidates are passionate about cooking, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to contribute to an authentic Mexican dining experience. Fluency in Spanish is required for this role.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals or ingredients according to recipes and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in your assigned kitchen station.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Support other kitchen staff during busy periods.
Monitor inventory and communicate needs to management.
Participate in ongoing training related to food handling and kitchen procedures.
Qualifications
Experience in a busy restaurant kitchen is required.
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety standards.
Must be able to communicate effectively in Spanish.
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
A passion for Mexican cuisine is a plus.
