Boman Kemp Basement Window Systems has been supplying quality basement windows, window wells, grates, and accessories to Ontario's leading builders and foundation contractors for decades.
We're looking for a motivated, hardworking individual who wants more than just a job. This position is designed for someone who wants to learn every aspect of our business and grow into a long-term sales and customer service role.

What You'll Be Doing
Your first few months will focus on learning our products, customers, and daily operations by working alongside our experienced team.
Responsibilities include:
- Bracing basement windows for concrete pours
- Delivering products to construction sites
- Installing basement windows and window wells
- Loading and unloading materials
- Assisting with warehouse organization
- Taking customer orders by phone and in person
- Entering orders into our computer system
- Assisting with inventory and shipping
- Supporting special projects and continuous improvements
As your product knowledge and confidence grow, you'll transition into additional responsibilities including:
- Building relationships with builders and contractors
- Cold calling prospective customers
- Outside sales and customer visits
- Preparing quotations
- Following up on leads
- Growing existing customer accounts
- Helping identify new business opportunities across Ontario
What We're Looking For

- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
- Physically capable of lifting materials and working on construction sites
- Friendly and professional with customers
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Interested in developing a career in sales and customer service
- Holds a valid G driver's licence with a clean driving record
Construction, warehouse, delivery, or sales experience is considered an asset but is not required.
