Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining a clean workspace, dish area, and surrounding surfaces
- Putting plates and dishes away properly
- Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and being used properly
- Assisting with portioning and other small prep tasks
- Assisting with other kitchen operations
