We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Baker / Donut Artist to join our team at Maverick’s Donuts. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys creativity, and values consistency and quality in every product.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake fresh gourmet donuts daily
- Decorate donuts with precision, creativity, and consistency
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation
- Develop new donut ideas and seasonal/specialty flavors for occasions and promotions
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
- Follow recipes and production processes accurately with minimal errors
Creative & Customer-Facing Role
- Design visually appealing donuts that match our brand standards
- Assist with creating content for social media (photos, stories, posts)
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment
Additional Duties
- Handle cashier responsibilities (POS system, payments, orders)
- Support daily store operations as needed

- Experience in baking or food preparation (preferred, not mandatory if willing to learn)
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
