Overview:
Pacific Smoke International is seeking an experienced and driven ITS Assistant Manager to support the ITS Director in managing daily ITS operations, enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business technology initiatives.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of the company’s technology ecosystem, with a strong focus on NetSuite ERP, data analytics, and enterprise systems integration. The ideal candidate combines operational leadership with hands-on technical expertise and strong business process understanding.
You will work closely with cross-functional departments to enhance operational efficiency, support data-driven decision-making, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing ITS environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the ITS Director in overseeing daily ITS operations, service delivery, and infrastructure management

Lead operational support and continuous improvement initiatives for NetSuite ERP across finance, supply chain, warehouse, sales, and operations teams

Partner with business stakeholders to optimize ERP workflows, reporting, dashboards, and system integrations

Support enterprise data analytics initiatives, including data governance, reporting automation, KPI dashboards, and business intelligence solutions

Collaborate with leadership teams to improve data visibility, operational reporting, and decision-making capabilities

Manage and support networking and cybersecurity platforms, including Cato SASE
-
Oversee incident management, escalations, root cause analysis, and operational issue resolution

Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), endpoint management, and enterprise collaboration platforms
-
Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and technology partners
-
Assist in planning and executing ITS projects, upgrades, implementations, and process improvement initiatives

Maintain ITS documentation, operational procedures, security standards, and compliance practices
-
Help drive automation, systems integration, and operational efficiencies across the organization

Provide leadership and guidance to ITS support staff and external support resources
Qualifications and Skills:

5+ years of experience in ITS operations, enterprise systems, or infrastructure management

Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP administration, support, or optimization
-
Experience supporting ERP-driven business operations, reporting, and workflow automation
-
Solid understanding of data analytics, reporting tools, business intelligence platforms, and data visualization

Experience with enterprise networking and security technologies, including SASE or SD-WAN solutions such as Cato Networks
-
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), endpoint management, and cybersecurity best practices
-
Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and project coordination skills
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in distribution, logistics, retail, or supply chain environments

Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, ETL processes, or analytics platforms

Experience with systems integration, APIs, and business process automation

Knowledge of ITIL service management practices

Relevant certifications in Microsoft, NetSuite, networking, or cybersecurity technologies are considered an asset
