Skills and Qualifications:
- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CMA are advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop; MS Office, Teams, Quick Books; and Outlook..
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of education finance and familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.

Job duties:
· Assisting with Direct administrative services related staff with daily coordination; assign work priority, and be responsible for full ownership of administrative functions to ensure work is completed accurately and within specified timeframes.
· Assist with the managing the use of a document management system (digital and paper-based) to ensure efficient retrieval of admin information and maintenance safety of records.
· Assist with planning administrative assistance to the department including scheduling coordinating mailing, copying, and filing as required, purchasing appropriate supplies and services; collaborating with other departments in student services.
· Assist with the administrative and financial activity of the school, conduct analysis of the administration operation of the school, prepare and present report to the executive management team
· Compiles and prepares statistics and data for reporting by the academic and marketing department for presentation within the school and to outside agencies (government, recruitment agency, school boards, etc.);
· Processes requests for grade reports, enrolment letters, and transcripts from the Student Information System for college/university admission.
· Assist with overseeing the processing of new admissions applications to completion, including setting up files, finalizing payments and reconciling transcript grades;
· Analyzing financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures, and cash management) to ensure all offices’ operations are within budget; Prepare reports on expenses and office budgets.
· Maintain the school condition and arrange necessary repairs, organize the office layout and plan the maintenance and purchase of office equipment and supplies
