Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative is accountable to the Customer Service Manager and the Sales and Business Development Director. You will be part of an established customer service team and will be required to interact with customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services: process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Accurately process customer orders and maintain order records
- Manage incoming calls and route inquiries as needed
- Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear, professional communication
- Resolve customer questions and concerns within established timeframes, including follow‑up
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, accounts, and documentation
- Follow company policies, procedures, and communication guidelines
- Go above and beyond to engage customers and exceed expectations
- Demonstrate flexibility by cross‑training and supporting other office functions as required

- Experience or training with medical devices (e.g., compression garments, incontinence products, mobility aids) is considered an asset
