Position Overview:
Leeds Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and professional Pharmacist to join our team in a permanent, full-time capacity. We are a highly reputable community pharmacy known for our exceptional patient care and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality patient care, including clinical assessments, medication management, and patient counseling.
* Collaborate with our well-staffed, multi-disciplinary team to ensure efficient and seamless daily pharmacy operations.
* Maintain excellent, trust-based relationships with our valued community clients and healthcare partners.
* Oversee accurate medication dispensing and ensure compliance with provincial pharmacy regulations.
Requirements:
* Valid Pharmacist license to practice in Ontario (in good standing with the OCP).
* Current Injection Training certification is mandatory.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with a firm commitment to clinical excellence.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced community pharmacy setting.
