About GlowNow
GlowNow is a premium apartment cleaning service serving student and young professional residents across Waterloo. We operate in some of the city's most well-known residential buildings including ICON, Society, Rez One, King Street Towers, UW Residences, and more. Our clients book online and expect a professional, reliable, and thorough clean every time. We are growing and looking for experienced cleaners to join our team.
What You Will Be Doing
- Performing residential apartment cleans including standard, deep, move-in, move-out, and post-event cleans
- Working independently in client units during scheduled time slots
- Communicating professionally with the GlowNow team before and after each job
- Maintaining a consistent and high standard of cleanliness on every visit
- Arriving on time and prepared for every booking
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience is required — this is non-negotiable
- You must supply and bring your own cleaning equipment and products to every job. This includes mop, cleaning cloths, and all cleaning solutions
- Reliable transportation to get to client buildings across Waterloo
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently within a scheduled time window
- Professional conduct and respectful communication with clients and the GlowNow team
