Title: Registered Physiotherapist — Established Patient Base, Mentorship & Growth (Vaughan)
Premier Spine and Sport Rehabilitation and Wellness in Vaughan is looking for a Registered Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This is a rare opportunity to step into an established caseload from day one, in a clinic built around quality care rather than volume.
Why this role is different:
We already have a base of patients who have been asking for physiotherapy. Instead of building a caseload from scratch, you'd be stepping into existing demand, with patients ready for the care you provide.
Just as importantly, this is a clinic where you get to practice the way you were trained to. No 15-minute conveyor belt. No rushing patients in and out. We built this practice around genuinely understanding people, so you'll have the time and space to assess thoroughly, treat properly, and follow your patients through their full recovery.
Mentorship and growth:
We believe great clinicians never stop developing. This role includes mentorship from an experienced orthopaedic-designated physiotherapist to support your clinical growth.
For the right person, there is also genuine opportunity to grow into a leadership role as our physiotherapy practice expands. If you're someone who wants to sharpen your clinical skills now and step into greater responsibility over time, this is a place you can build a long-term career.
Requirements:
- Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Completion of a post-secondary physiotherapy degree from a recognized program
- Proof of current professional liability insurance meeting College requirements
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Rostered for relevant controlled acts, or willingness to complete rostering
- Strong assessment, manual therapy, and exercise prescription skills
- Dry needling or acupuncture certification
- Excellent communication skills
- A genuine love and passion for helping others
- A patient-first mindset and commitment to quality care
- Openness to mentorship and a desire to keep developing professionally
Considered an asset:
- Pelvic floor therapy training (preferred but not required)
What we offer:
- An existing patient base actively seeking physiotherapy
- A warm, collaborative environment with unrushed appointments
- Mentorship from an experienced orthopaedic-designated physiotherapist
- A clear path to grow into leadership as the practice expands
- Competitive compensation and flexible scheduling
- A supportive team of chiropractic and massage therapy colleagues
If you're a physiotherapist who wants time to treat patients well, an established caseload, and room to grow, we'd love to meet you.
