We’re currently seeking a Junior/Intermediate Architectural Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This full-time, in-studio role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their career—someone who’s not only technically proficient but also eager to contribute meaningfully to the design and delivery of large-scale residential and mixed-use developments.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare black line drawings for marketing
· Draw construction details and dimensioning of floor plans
· Experience with building envelope detailing
· Prepare construction documents for building permit and tender documents
· Prepare and revise site instruction documents and sketches
· Coordinate and review architectural and consultant drawings
· Thorough knowledge of building systems and detailing
· Excellent working drawings and Revit skills
Qualifications:
· Graduate of a recognized Architectural Technology Diploma program
· 2-3 years of professional experience
· High level of skill with REVIT required
· Working knowledge and experience with the Ontario Building Code
· Understanding of construction documentation and building systems
· Ability to work independently and within a team
· Experience with Adobe Creative Suites, Affinity, Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

Salary and Benefits
· Annual salary range between $55,000 - $75,000.
· Payment of professional dues for registered members.
· Payment of coursework for professional development (upon successful completion).
· Group health benefits.
· 2 weeks’ vacation following probation.
· Lunch-and-learn programs and on-site training sessions that count toward continuing education units (CEUs).
Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
