Front Counter Attendant – Dairy Queen
Dairy Queen is looking for friendly and energetic Front Counter Attendants to provide excellent customer service and help create a positive experience for every guest. If you enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take food and beverage orders
- Operate the cash register and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve ice cream treats and beverages
- Keep the dining area, front counter, and workstations clean and organized
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
- Work as part of a team to provide fast, friendly service
Qualifications:
- Friendly, positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.25 per hour
