The Opportunity:
We’re seeking an experienced and well-connected Business Development Manager / Sales Executive to expand our customer base across key industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fleet sales and business development, with strong relationships and influence in industries where electrified transportation is rapidly growing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities with major fleet operators and organizations across Canada.
- Leverage existing relationships to accelerate adoption of electric trucks.
- Conduct consultative sales presentations to communicate the operational and financial benefits of EV transportation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, deployment, and support.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and client demonstrations.

What You Bring:
- Mandatory experience in fleet or commercial vehicle sales — especially heavy-duty trucks or EVs.

- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet aggressive growth targets.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
