Title: Service and Maintenance Dispatcher/Coordinator

Continual Energy Inc. deploys cutting-edge, specialized energy solutions for buildings. We are currently looking for an individual to support the coordination and dispatch of our service and maintenance team members in support of Continual’s own Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) energy solutions, HVAC equipment, and other various building systems requiring support and maintenance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Report directly to Service Manager.
- Answer calls/emails from clients relating to the planned or unplanned service of their HVAC equipment.
- Developing service tickets utilizing the Company’s service platform and dispatching technicians via work orders.
- Coordinate service and maintenance technicians’ schedules to ensure they have the appropriate time allocated to complete service calls.
- Communicate customer call service/maintenance details with the service team.
- Coordinate with the procurement and shipping/receiving teams to ensure that the service team has all the parts delivered to the work site.
- Follow up with the customer after the service call to ensure that the service was completed to their satisfaction.
- Attend weekly service team meetings.
- Daily office work is required from Monday through Friday.
Skills Required:
- Experience with mechanical systems, HVAC equipment, and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and efficient data entry into existing software systems, specifically Microsoft Excel and other Office365 applications.
- Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal skills, experience navigating critical situations is an asset.
- Ability to take direction, work in a fast-paced team and collaborative environment, multitask, and maintain organization.
- Very comfortable with Windows-based computer systems and Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
- Must demonstrate the ability to work independently.
Qualifications and Education Required:
- High school diploma
- 2-3 years of related experience
Compensation:
- Salary range $50,000-$65,000 per year.
- Three (3) weeks of vacation.
- Ten (10) paid days off (sick days).

Schedule:
- Typical work week is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

- Capable of passing an Ontario Contractor Security Screening Check (no criminal record).

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
