Ascent Medical is seeking three dedicated Family Medicine Physicians to join our new, professionally designed boutique clinic opening this fall. Located in a high-exposure, street-level space at 1336 Johnston Road in the heart of White Rock, BC, the practice will operate as a hybrid General Practice and Internal Medicine clinic. This clinic is Physician owned and operated.

What We Offer:
- 80/20 Fee-for-Service Split.
- Dedicated Administrative Support: Full, professional secretary/MOA support is included.
- Next-Gen Medical Technology & EMR (Ava EMR). The clinic will feature the latest, highly optimized Electronic Medical Records (EMR) ecosystem and paperless workflows designed specifically to cut down on charting time and administrative tasks. AI enhanced workflow including AI Scribe.
- Dedicated parking will be included.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive longitudinal family medicine or episodic care to patients in the White Rock/South Surrey community.
- Manage patient charts efficiently using a optimized, high-speed EMR system.
- Collaborate effectively with on-site administrative staff to optimize clinic flow.
Requirements
- Active CPSBC License: The Physician must be registered and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) under an independent practice class (Full-Family license).
- Active MSP Billing Number.
- CCFP designation or equivalent.
- CMPA Malpractice Insurance: The Physician must have active liability protection through the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
