Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Shop Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using computer for pronest, and solidworks and customer service. This role requires excellent leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to drive sales through upselling and exceptional client interactions. As a Shop Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily shop operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Lead and motivate a team of laser operators
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain positive relationships
- Drive sales through upselling additional services
- Maintain inventory levels for parts and supplies necessary for shop operations

- Sales in metal Manufacturing
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
