We're Hiring: Service and Installation Plumber

We are seeking a versatile, customer-focused Service and Installation Plumber to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle everything from emergency diagnostics and repairs to full-system installations for residential and light commercial clients. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex mechanical puzzles, enjoys direct client interaction, and takes pride in delivering neat, code-compliant installations.
What You'll Do:
- Perform service calls and maintenance on residential home & multi-family condos
- Install new plumbing systems, including water heaters, tankless systems, water softeners etc.
- Diagnose diverse plumbing issues including hidden leaks, low pressure, and system blockages.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and system diagnostics
- Interpret and apply plumbing, gas, and building codes
- Train junior apprentices in proper installation techniques
- Travel to job sites across the Calgary area
- Maintain vehicle inventory and manage supplies
- Complete work orders and time tracking via mobile applications
- Maintain precise digital logs of work orders, parts used, and customer signatures.
- Troubleshoot shoot boilers and tankless heaters
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to plan and execute installations on complex boiler installations
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Clean Driver’s Abstract and Criminal Record Check
- First Aid Certified
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs
- Basic proficiency with smartphones/tablets and work-related apps
- Calgary or nearby residency
