Alto is currently recruiting a full time Customer Care Coordinator to work in Saskatoon, SK.
We are a start-up company making the process of finding home and respite care safer, more affordable, and more convenient. We are looking for an individual who believes in the importance of our mission and is excited about the opportunity to help Canadians access the home and respite care they need.
The Customer Success Coordinator will work towards our acquisition and retention goals by onboarding new users to the platform, answering inquiries, and driving engagement to improve the customer experience on Alto. As with any startup, a willingness to wear many hats and help out where needed is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Utilizing communication tools (email, Zoom, phone) to assist users throughout the online onboarding process and as they use the platform
- Working as part of a team to identify, coordinate, develop and implement process improvements
- Creating and distributing digital educational and/or informative materials (PDFs, blog posts, videos)
- Inputting and organizing information relating to our users in our CRM
- Informing leadership on status of user relations and suggesting solutions and improvements
- Coordinating and assisting with the development of various online user recognition programs and services
- Operating as a customer advocate by developing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers to understand how we can best help them throughout their time on Alto
Qualifications
- Post-secondary graduate, prefered
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Criminal Record Check with the Vulnerable Sector
- Excellent English, both written and verbal
- Experience working with people from all backgrounds, and fostering a supportive team environment
- A desire to learn. As a startup, we’re all learning every day. We don’t expect you to know everything - just be willing to ask questions
- A willingness to try new things, pitch new ideas and take initiative. You’re going to become the expert of your own role and if you think something could be improved, we want to hear it

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
