Job Summary
Altech Aluminum manufactures and installs Aluminum and Glass guard rail and miscellaneous metal work in the building trade.
We are seeking an experienced, Energetic Sales and Estimator person who are not afraid of new challenge.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role by accurately preparing detailed estimates.
This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in construction estimating and the ability to negotiate effectively with our General Contractor/ Developer.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Architectural drawing, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates .
- Utilize AutoCAD and drafting experience for reviewing drawings.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure that all aspects of the project are considered in the estimate.
- Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and contracts for future reference.
- Provide support during the bidding process by preparing bid documents and responding to inquiries from potential clients.

- Strong communication skill with good verball and written knowledge.
- Not to be afraid in Sales related to our industry in the building trade /construction.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills with the help of AutoCAD and drafting experience to ensure accuracy in estimates.
- Any sales experience in the building trade industry would be beneficial.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
