CATALYST Production Systems Ltd. is a subsidiary of Whitewater Management and is a locally owned company focused in the Production Chemical market. With a strong focus on customer service and technical expertise, CATALYST is quickly becoming a leader as a Production Chemical provider within the Oil and Gas Industry.
We are looking for an energetic, positive, experienced Account Manager who will be able to manage multiple aspects of our rapidly expanding business, in a fast-paced environment based in our Grande Prairie, Alberta Depot.
This is a field-based role. Our Accounts Manager will be actively engaged on-site, visiting clients and ensuring that projects are executed with the highest level of care and attention to detail, upholding the exceptional standards that Catalyst is known for delivering.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the primary field-level point of contact
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular field interaction and communication
- Conduct field testing, data collection, and analysis related to production chemicals and pipeline operations
- Prepare and submit accurate reports to customers
- Support inventory management related to chemicals, materials, and field equipment
- Perform pipeline risk assessments and support basic flow modelling activities
- Participate in HSE activities including Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and Safety Observations
- Ensure compliance with company and client safety requirements
- Communicate effectively with internal operations and management teams
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience working with production chemicals, treating both oil and gas
- Experience in oilfield operations with strong field-based technical exposure
- Experience in frac, pipeline, or oilfield operations considered an asset
- Strong customer service and account management capability
- Technical competency in production chemicals and corrosion mitigation for pipelines and facilities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Safety focused mindset with demonstrated safety leadership
