Key Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their automotive needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional product presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives.
- Guide customers through every step of the vehicle purchase process, including vehicle selection, trade-in evaluations, financing options, and delivery.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory, manufacturer programs, incentives, and the ability to source vehicles from dealer partners when required.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using the dealership CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Sales Management, Finance, and Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed on Nissan products, industry trends, competitor offerings, and dealership promotions.
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall dealership goals.
- Uphold Stratford Nissan's commitment to professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred; candidates with strong retail or customer-focused sales experience will also be considered.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and customer service abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a performance-based environment.
- Comfortable using CRM software, digital communication tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule as required.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
- Valid OMVIC Registration, or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.

Pay: $40,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
