General Job Description;
- High volume prep for the kitchen during the day
- Work efficiently with minimal help and oversight
- Prepare and execute menu items efficiently
- Maintain quality, pace, and cleanliness
- Support a smooth, team-oriented kitchen

- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Must be able to make the commute as public transit is limited
