Sous la supervision du superviseur de la comptabilité, l'Agent Comptable - AR sera responsable de diverses tâches au sein du service des comptes clients. La personne sélectionnée rejoindra une équipe dynamique au sein d'une organisation en pleine croissance !
Responsabilités :
- Préparer et suivre les relevés de compte.
- Préparer les remises.
- Participer à la mise en place de procédures et processus d'optimisation.
- Saisir les notes de crédit des clients.
- Encaisser les factures au comptant à la livraison.
- Appliquer les paiements aux comptes des clients.
- Participer à la préparation de rapports de gestion.
- Remplacer les membres de l'équipe en cas d'absence.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes.
Profil :
- DEP / AEC en comptabilité informatisée (atout).
- Un (1) an d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Bilingue.
- Compétences informatiques, y compris une maîtrise intermédiaire d'Excel.
- Capacité démontrée à apprendre de nouveaux logiciels.
- Orienté(e) vers les détails, organisé(e) avec de bonnes compétences analytiques.
- Capacité à traiter un volume élevé de travail et à travailler sous pression si nécessaire.
- Horaire : du lundi au vendredi, 37,5 heures par semaine

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Agent. Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, you will play a key role in our accounts receivable department. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic team within a fast-growing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and follow up on account statements
- Process remittances
- Contribute to the implementation of optimization procedures and processes
- Enter customers' credit notes
- Manage COD invoices collection
- Apply payments to customers' accounts
- Assist in the preparation of management reports
- Provide coverage for team members during their absence
- Perform other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Diploma in DEP/AEC (an asset)
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar position
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Strong computer skills, including intermediate Excel proficiency
- Quick learner with demonstrated ability to adapt to new software systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical
- Able to work under pressure and handle high volume efficiently
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
