We are currently looking for a part-time Office Administration / Estimating & Project Coordination Assistant to help support our office, estimating process, and day-to-day project coordination.
This role would be a great fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with clients and suppliers, and interested in being involved in the behind-the-scenes side of renovation projects.
You do not need to know everything on day one — training will be provided for the right person — but a background in construction, administration, estimating, or project coordination would be a strong asset.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with the preparation of estimates, quotes, and project documents
- Attending site visits to take measurements, photos, and notes
- Coordinating supplier pricing and subcontractor information
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and project-related tasks
- Communicating with clients by phone and email
- Assisting with invoicing and general office administration
- Organizing digital documents, spreadsheets, and project information
- Supporting daily office and project coordination tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, office administration, estimating support, or project coordination considered an asset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort using email, Excel, Google Sheets, and digital documents
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive, professional, and reliable attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
