Position Summary
We're Hiring: Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Aesthetic & Wellness Clinic
We are looking for a licensed and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. If you have a passion for aesthetics, wellness, and delivering exceptional patient care, we'd love to hear from you.
Position Highlights:
- Perform Botox and other cosmetic injectable treatments.
- Provide IV vitamin therapy and wellness treatments.
- Conduct patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure patient safety.
- Deliver outstanding patient care in a professional, welcoming environment.
Qualifications & Education
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as a Registered Nurse in the Extended Class.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing with a completed Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner (PHC-NP) program.
- Membership with RNAO or NPAO (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, with a focus on chronic disease, geriatrics, mental health, addictions, or transitional care.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in interprofessional practice settings.
- Familiarity with virtual care platforms, EMRs, and community-based models of care.
- Physical readiness to meet patient care demands (mobility, lifting, transfers).
- Up-to-date immunizations, including COVID-19 vaccination per Health Canada requirements.

ain Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive health assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic management for patients of all ages.
- Deliver care virtually and on-site in collaboration with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Support patients transitioning from hospital to community, including chronic disease management, mental health, addictions, and seniors’ care.
- Act as a leader and mentor, supporting PSWs, RNs, and allied staff in best practices.
- Facilitate continuity of care by coordinating with hospitals, Ontario Health Teams, WSIB, IFHP, and FMHC programs.
- Promote health education, prevention, and wellness for patients and families.
- Document care accurately in EMRs and ensure compliance with PHIPA, CNO, and Accreditation Canada standards.
- Participate in quality improvement, research, and clinical innovation initiatives.
