Breka Bakery Group is hiring a CLEANER/DISHWASHER for OVERNIGHT SHIFTS at our production facility!

We are a 24/7 bakery group seeking a dedicated individual to join our central kitchen team as an overnight cleaner.
This role involves washing a high volume of baking trays, mixing bowls, and other equipment, as well as maintaining cleanliness throughout the entire facility. Our production kitchen is large, and surfaces—including floors, walls, and shelves—are frequently covered in flour. This role goes beyond standard office or residential cleaning and requires strong attention to detail and consistency.
You must be physically fit and energetic, as the position involves heavy lifting. Most importantly, you should be comfortable working graveyard shifts and enjoy cleaning.
SHIFT HOURS:
- 6–8 hour shifts between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM
- 4–5 days per week
- Must be available to work Weekends and Statutory holidays
- Flexible availability within these hours is preferred; schedules may vary weekly

COMPENSATION:
Starting Wage $22.50/hr
- 4-month probationary period
- Wage increase based on performance

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Wash baking trays, large mixing bowls, and tools
- Clean machines, carts, and various baking equipment
- Sweep and mop floors
- Clean and sanitize delivery containers
- Remove trash, recycling, and compost
- Perform general and deep cleaning throughout the facility
- Assist with organizing ingredients and moving equipment as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment 50lbs/25kg
- Hard-working and high-energy is a must
- Must be responsible and dependable to show up for all shifts
- Positive attitude and able to take direction well
- Self-motivated and can work independently, but in a team as well
