We are a locally based Trucking company in Wembley, AB seeking Full Time Swampers for our 45 ton pickers, must also be willing to learn to drive pilot truck for over dimensional loads and do hotshot runs. This in an entry level position with room for advancement.
Must have H2S Alive and First Aid at minimum.
Previous experience swamping on a 45 ton and pilot experience is an asset.
Future operating apprenticeship opportunities available for the right candidate.
We operate on a On-Call Schedule, some night shift or camp maybe required.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Swamping on a 45 ton
- Use of hand signals to operator
- Assisting the driver/crane operator on site
- Load securement
- Work in cold and inclement weather
- Understanding of rigging and using taglines
- Operating a pilot truck for over dimensional loads as required by Alberta Transportation.
- Knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry is an asset
Qualifications and Skills
-Previous pilot driving, hotshot, and swamping experience is an asset
- Valid Class 5 Drivers license
- 3 year clean Drivers Abstract
- Must be able to pass a drug test
Certifications
- H2S
- Standard First Aid with CPR Level C
- Fall Protection (preferred)
- CSO (preferred)
- Must be reliable and eager to learn!
- Must have reliable transportation
