Job Summary
We are seeking friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team for the Calgary Stampede. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, have a passion for skincare and wellness, and are motivated by sales. Duties
- Greet and engage customers visiting the booth
- Recommend products based on customer needs
- Conduct simple product demonstrations and sampling
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Process sales using our POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked booth
- Deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Interest in skincare, beauty, or wellness
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
- Ability to perform product demos and upsell effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Available to work during the Calgary Stampede, including weekends

- Retail sales
- Beauty or skincare sales

- Farmers’ market or trade show experience

Pay: $15.00-$22.78 per hour
