Position Overview:
As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in supporting our trainers, consultants, and management team by handling a wide range of administrative and clerical duties. Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Manage and organize scheduling, calendars, and meetings for staff and clients
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries with professionalism
- Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, and training materials
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Support onboarding processes for clients and training participants
- Assist in data entry and records management
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions and audits
- Track inventory and order office and training supplies as needed
- Perform other administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience is an asset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
- Greet clients, partners, and training participants in a friendly, welcoming manner—serving as a positive first point of contact for HSE Elements

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,400.00-$53,951.28 per year
