Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Skilled Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various trades, including carpentry, masonry, Asphalt and concrete finishing. This role involves performing a wide range of construction tasks, utilizing hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to complete projects efficiently and safely. The Skilled Laborer will contribute to residential, commercial, and restoration projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools, power tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Assist with concrete forming, finishing, and tile laying to meet project specifications
- Conduct construction painting, caulking, and electrical work as needed
- Support carpenters with framing, forming, and finish work
- Assist with asphalt paving and saw cutting
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction-related roles with skills in carpentry, masonry, electrical work, or related trades
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and equipment operation
- Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, tile laying, flooring installation, and restoration processes
- Experience with plumbing installation or electrical systems is a plus
- Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods

Pay: $16.33-$23.00 per hour
