We are currently looking for QC Inspector with Nace Level 2 certification
Job Responsibilities-
· Review the scope of work, specifications, client procedures, applicable codes for each job.
· Follow ITP to witness the coating inspection.
· Verify qualification of painters and blasters review their qualification cards.
· Conduct surveillance on performance of painters and blasters in compliance with
· Monitor weather, blasting and coating and review records of inspection.
· Review inspection equipment calibration certificates.
· Conduct blasting inspection and check profile.
· Monitoring coating and taking WFT readings
· Witness coating holiday test.
· Final coating inspection and verifying DFT.
· Spool load out inspection.
· Sign off all ITP stages and coating reports.
Qualification-
NACE Level 2
