Our growing dealership in Trail, BC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Person to join our parts department.

What You’ll Do
- Assist technicians and customers in identifying and sourcing automotive parts
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive, label, and stock incoming shipments
- Maintain inventory control and organized stock areas
- Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding parts orders and availability
- Handle returns, warranty parts, and core returns
- Work closely with the service department to support efficient workflow
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and stock replenishment
- Operate dealership software and electronic parts catalog systems
- Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive parts or dealership experience preferred
- Base mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or dealership software considered an asset
- Shipping and receiving experience considered an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid BC driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Positive attitude and strong team ethic
